Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Since 2015, Rick has been the tech wizard behind BALANCE’s digital transformation, leading IT infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and security initiatives. With 25+ years of experience, he will continue to optimize our technology to support our mission.

Since 2019, Rick has been a staff augmentation resource reporting to the CIO and has led projects supporting the transition to a 100% remote workforce, migrating email to Microsoft 365, establishing a Help Desk, supporting the migration of systems to the cloud (DMS and Salesforce), completing yearly SOC 2 and PCI audits, among other strategic initiatives. Since September 2024, Rick has been a full-time contractor leading the Information Technology Department at BALANCE.
