These hour-long sessions will cover a mix of topic updates — like new credit reporting standards or student loan programs — and discussions on program development and enhancement, such as effective QI programs and advanced soft skills enrichment.

At just $89 per participant per session, coaches and other member-facing team members can easily select the sessions that meet their needs, ensuring their skills stay sharp and their knowledge remains current.

LauRae D. Upchurch is a BALANCE financial educator and presenter. She has also won several consecutive America’s Credit Unions (formerly Credit Union National Association) Desjardin awards for financial education in the state of Virginia. Additionally, she holds a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor designation and has a passion for helping others take control of their finances through creating and revitalizing their personal budget. LauRae currently resides in Virginia, with her husband and two children.
