Bridging the Gap in Financial Coaching

As we see more credit unions create financial coaching programs, and more credit union team members completing on-line counseling certifications, we recognize there is a growing workforce of financial coaches with a strong understanding of the facts of personal finance, but no training on the human element of coaching.

To complement the online counseling certification programs and to close the gap between technical knowledge and coaching skills, BALANCE has developed a Coach to the Coach Wraparound service designed to teach practical application, enhance skills, build confidence and prepare new coaches for member interactions.
