With 10 years of experience in HR and a recent promotion to Chief of Staff, Olivia is a passionate, results-driven leader who has a heart for people. Born and raised in Oklahoma, Olivia blends down-to-earth practicality with innovative thinking to foster workplace cultures that thrive.

Holding an MBA with a focus on HR and SHRM certification, Olivia has developed a comprehensive understanding of the HR landscape. In her new Chief of Staff role, Olivia takes on additional responsibilities, including managing project initiatives, compliance support, and Board readiness, ensuring seamless communication across leadership and operational excellence.

Over the years, Olivia has worked across diverse industries, tackling HR challenges and transforming them into opportunities for growth. Known for her hands-on approach, she has implemented strategies that align employee satisfaction with business goals.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys outdoor adventures, reading, and CrossFit. With a strong passion for both people and process, she’s excited to continue driving the company’s success and collaborating with the leadership team to take things to new heights!
